Health & Wellbeing at TRI

TRI's Health & Wellbeing Committee is focused on delivering initiatives which encourage healthy behaviours. We support annual events such as the Climb for Cancer and soccer tournaments at UQ plus weekly activities like Yoga and Pilates, and ongoing relaxing spaces such as the Wellbeing Room on Level 7.

Optum Live Well Newsletter Archive, Webinars & Videos -

We surveyed TRI staff at the beginning of 2017 and all participants said they wanted more time, or that their biggest cause of stress was not having enough time to complete their work. While we can't solve all of the time issues we experience day to day, we can support each other with tools and activities that improve our management of the time we do have. TRI's corporate wellness program offers the following webinars, videos, articles and self training modules to assist with time management.
