About me

I finished my PhD from School of Medical Science, Griffith University. My project was focused on anti-inflammatory and cell signalling effects of Bile pigments. My research interestes are hypoxia, macrophage biology, innate immunity, inflammation and cell signalling. During my PhD, I visited and researched at Harvard Medical School (HMS) for one year. My experiene in HMS further encouraged me to pursue new reserach avenues. Currently, I am working on haematopoiesis, stem cell biology and mobilisation. I am enthusiastic about research and passionate to make new discoveries in the field of blood cancer. I am also a member of BLiSS, Mater ECR and TRI postdoc committee.
