About me

Clare is a Clinical Research Coordinator and PhD Student with the Dermatology Research Centre. She completed a BSc with The University of Queensland in 2009, with majors in Microbiology and Biomedical Science, and a Masters in Clinical Trial Research with University of Sydney in 2016. She has an interest in clinical trial design, human research ethics, and the use of predictive genetic testing for cancer suceptability. She commenced her PhD at the beginning of 2019, and aims to examine psychosocial and behavioural effects of reporting personalised genetic results to people high risk to melanoma.
