Proteomics Scientist / Officer (Temporary full-time 8 months – Maternity Leave)

Reporting to the TRI Core Facilities Manager, the primary purpose of the Proteomics Scientist/Officer is to oversee operations within TRI Proteomics Core Facility.

The position is expected to facilitate proteomics components of research within TRI through service, support and user training. The Proteomics Scientist/Officer position will provide support for sample preparation and analysis, and expert advice for researchers across the TRI Shareholder Institutes as well as to external clients.

The position is largely hands on, providing both facility full-service and user self-service model for delivery of various proteomic services in a cost effective framework.

The role would ideally suit an experienced proteomic scientist capable of assuming full responsibility for the proteomics facility or an experienced proteomic officer who is ready to take the next step in their career.
