TRI Joins Biomedical manufacturing alliance (bma)

TRI has joined a Biomedical Manufacturing Alliance (BMA) along with two of Queensland's other leading research institutes – UQ’s Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology and QIMR Berghofer. The Alliance is also a collaboration with three commercial entities – Lendlease, Cytiva and Springfield City Group.  The Australian Financial Review’s Health Editor, Jill Margo, reports on the BMA’s plans to turn Brisbane into a hub for end-to-end manufacturing of advanced medical products, from the early phase through to commercialisation.
