Smashing the Glass Ceiling: Women in Queensland science and the ambition to succeed and make a difference

On Sunday the 16th August a panel of leading Queensland women scientists shared their career journey with an audience at The Edge in Brisbane's cultural precinct. The panel consisted of women in all areas of science including research, government, education and clinical practice. Below is a storify wrap up of the event featuring tweets broadcast live from the venue.

The forum was a joint initiative from Women in Technology, the Queensland Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation (DSITI) and The University of Queensland Diamantina Institute.
