Undoing the Chair

How to help yourself mitigate the effects sitting has on your body. 

This is not an ergonomics seminar. This is not an advertisement for a standing desk. This is a presentation for people interested in taking responsibility for their bodies. The presenters from Science of Fitness will teach attendees some simple exercises focused on the hips, the spine and the thoracic to help counteract the impact excessive sitting has on our bodies.
