Day 1: introductory module, covering microscopy dataset loading, 3D rendering and visualisation, object identification and 3D measurement, tracking etc…

Advanced Training

Wednesday 3rd October 2018 | 9:30am - 4:30pm | SMBS Teaching Lab, UQ St Lucia

Day 2: Advanced module covering filament tracing and analysis, colocalisation, XT etc…
