Introduction to microscopy

This workshop will provide a comprehensive introduction to the theory and concepts in microscopy, giving users a thorough understanding of the methods and techniques involved with microscopy and how it can benefit their research.

This session will cover key concepts around sample preparation, fluorescence, quality control, imaging modes, parts of a microscope, techniques used in imaging as well as a brief introduction to image data and basic data analysis.

Date: Tuesday 19 March
Time: 10:00am-12:00pm
Location: TRI Room 2004
Registration: Please RSVP by 18 March COB if you wish to attend this session. To RSVP email [email protected]
