Gmine Stats Workshop

Associate Professor Lutz Krause will be introducing Gmine, a stats program to analyse omics data.  Lutz has developed Gmine to interrogate multidimensional biomolecular data, particularly proteomics, metabolomics, NanoString and metagenomics data.  Gmine is freely assessable via an easy to use web server. Lutz will be available after the workshop to help troubleshoot and answer questions.

Please note, there are only 15 places for this session.
