TRI Auditorium

BD Horizon Multicolour Workshop

The workshop focuses on panel design, specifically highlighting on how spreading error, spectral spill-over and antigen type and density all impact panel design and is recommended if you are doing, or planning to do, multicolour flow cytometry that you take advantage of this opportunity to expand your knowledge on the subject.

How to maximise signal resolution and sensitivity
Designing multicolour panels for surface and intracellular applications
Understanding the impact of fluorescence spillover and spread on your data
The importance of understanding fluorochrome choice and antigen density

Lunch will be provided for registered participants, along with the chance to win one of four $20 Catalyst Coffee Shop voucher, or one of two free antibodies credits (valued to $300).
