AMNIS ImageStreamx Application Seminar
The Merck/Millipore ImageStreamX MkII allows analysis of cells by imaging flow cytometry.
This is useful for the imaging of suspension cells, a process often difficult to achieve with typical microscopic techniques. It also facilitates the imaging of proteins/antigens in cells that are of a low frequency in a complex heterogeneous cell sample.
