Crystal Chang wins at National Histotechnology Conference

In June this year our Histology Core Facility Manager Crystal Chang attended the 7th National Histotechnology Conference which was held in conjunction with the Asia Pacific International Academy of Pathology, and attracted over 1500 scientists, registrars and pathologists.

She competed in a hands-on workshop and quiz for Specialty Staining, contending with over 60 other participants to test her skill and knowledge.

Crystal’s success was recognised at the conference gala dinner where she was awarded 1st prize and a gold medal for her superior staining and knowledge.
